  1. When do I need a Debt Counsellor?

  5. How long will it take me to be under debt review?
  6. Thembeka Debt Counselling will help you repay your debts as fast as possible. With our cascading programme, when one small debt is paid off, the instalment of the paid up account is added to the larger outstanding balance, thereby helping you pay back your debt faster.

  7. How do I know that I am dealing with a reputable company?
  8. We are registered with the National Credit Regulator, Registration number NCRDC86. We have been operation since 2008. You are free to ask for testimonials from our satisfied clients.

  9. What are the fees and how do I pay?
  10. The National Credit Regulator sets our fees. Our fees are reasonable and are on a sliding scale. You do not have to pay upfront, the first installment to your credit providers pays for our fees.
